Message from Principal Elisabeth Heurtefeu
In the international best selling book "The World Is Flat", Thomas L. Friedman explains that companies and individuals now compete across increasingly irrelevant frontiers. As you just heard when opening our website, our school is first and foremost about learning foreign languages and understanding other cultures. Students all learn another language for nine years and are participating in integrated activites helping them understand other cultures and points of view.
Within the last ten years, the way we access information and the way we communicate with other individuals in the world have created the conditions for a new Renaissance Era where knowledge is expandable and accessible to all. We invite you to read our mission, vision, and curriculum outline to see how we help our students master not only the basic skills required to move on to high schools and college but also acquire the work ethics, character, high order thinking, collaborative, and technology skills necessary to adapt to the 21st century economy.
